CANCELLATION POLICY
• I understand things happen!! Should you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24hrs before your scheduled time/day. Anything less than 24hrs, your card on file will be charged 50% of your appointment. • NO-SHOWS/ SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS: will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled and will need to be paid in order to be able to book any future appointments. • Deposits are required to book ANY service. Any and all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. •ALL services are NON-REFUNDABLE. • I only allow a 10 minute grace period. Please be on time to your appointment to avoid cancellation. •there must be 40% of lash extensions remaining for fills otherwise will be considered a full set.
